Our job is to discover dysfunctional auto parts within the plants that we service, correct defects and bring an experienced team to the line to support the immediate needs of our partners.
Providing clients with real time reporting, every part is scanned into a warehouse management system, QIC Digital Platform (QDP), our secure technology solution.
We provide inspection services line side and in the yard, or wherever our customer desires. Essentially, we are the problem solvers that add value to the organizations we service by providing subject matter experts onsite to mitigate containment breaks.
Services
ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Supplier Quality Management, Technical representation liaison, Launch Support (PPAP), Root cause analysis/problem solving, and process management
SORTING
Visual inspection for non-conforming parts based on specifications.
INSPECTION
Evaluating part characteristics using gauges, color keys etc... and containing non-conforming parts based on specifications.
CONTAINMENT
Providing a structured system to detect nonconforming parts. Both on-site and off-site in a Bluegrass location
REWORK
Changing the physical characteristics of nonconforming parts to meet specifications.
ASSEMBLY
Basic assembly of manufactured products at customer facility or at a Bluegrass location.
